such great place to stay. an unbeatable location being really close to public transport and supermarkets at a walking distance, supermarket and edinburgh and surrounding area. nice surrounding, set in a peaceful area. so nice to return to its clean room with good internet as well as the bed in the second bedroom.

The Fettes Residence was a fantastic place to stay. the spacious and clean apartment provided excellent value for money. the host was incredibly helpful and had great communication throughout our entire stay. Any questions we had were quickly and thoroughly answered. the apartment had a convenient car park right in front, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. the kitchen was perfect, and the bathroom was spotless. We highly recommend the Fettes Residence for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-located apartment. The peaceful neighborhood and easy parking made it very convenient. The host was extremely helpful and provided detailed information about the house and local suggestions. It was perfect for my large family!

Although the apartment was generally clean, I did notice some areas that needed attention, such as cobwebs in the corners and under the beds. Additionally, there were a few minor inconveniences like a lack of dish drying rack and limited towels for the duration of our stay.
